Please provide us with the full name of the person who made the payment.[/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”Q: What is the maximum number of guests?” style=”square” color=”pink” size=”sm”]Our 1 bedroom apartments cater for up to 2 guests maximum while our 2 bedroom apartments cater for 4 guests plus a futon for the 5th at an extra charge of $30 per night [/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”Q: What is the maximum number of nights I can book?” style=”square” color=”pink” size=”sm”]A: There is no set maximum number of nights that you can book. However, if you plan on staying for a week or longer, please get in touch with us as we offer better rates for long term guests.[/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”Q: Can I extend my booking?” style=”square” color=”pink” size=”sm”]A: Yes. Please contact us directly via email or by Jayde on 03-5331-2335 or 0487-487-057 to extend your stay. Rooms are subject to availability. Existing bookings will be given first priority.[/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”Q: Is there a reception desk?” style=”square” color=”pink” size=”sm”]No we do not offer an onsite reception.  All guests will receive a SMS to a valid Australian mobile number around 2pm on the day of arrival with your door code, wifi password and apartment number.  Please make sure you send us your mobile number 24 hours prior to arrival.  The mobile number that the text is sent from is for your use in emergencies during your stay.  [/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”Q: What is your cancellation policy?” style=”square” color=”pink” size=”sm”]A: We offer a generous cancellation policy for direct bookings: for cancellations more than 14 days before your date of check in, a full refund is applicable. Just show up and we’ll sort out your bedding and towels as required.
